2008 marked the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Okura Hotels & Resorts. Founded on the principle that our hotels must consistently offer the best accommodation, the best cuisine, and the best service, Okura Hotels & Resorts started out as a group of seven hotels. In the years that followed, the group has gradually expanded.

| Apr. 2001 | Okura Frontier Hotel Tsukuba renamed and started technical assistance contract |

| Oct. 2001 | Restructured the Group(spun-off Hotel Okura Tokyo Co., Ltd., a hotel operations company in Toranomon, Tokyo, with Hotel Okura Co., Ltd. becoming an operating holding company, which retained the assets of the Okura Group and currently manages hotel chain operations) |

| Sep. 2010 | Hotel Okura completes acquisition of JAL Hotels Co., Ltd. shares (makes the company a consolidated subsidiary) |
| Apr. 2011 | The Makena Beach & Golf Resort in Maui enters into reservations and marketing representation agreement with OHR |
