Please read the following for detailed information on earning miles.
Stays at Okura Hotels & Resorts are eligible when reservations are made through OHR Central Reservation Office or directly with the hotel at pre-approved rates. (Pre-approved rates vary between hotels, so please check the rates at the time of reservation.)
Only personal and direct payments to the hotel are eligible.
The authorized holder of the mileage card is eligible to earn miles.
In the case of two members staying in the same room, only one member will be eligible to earn miles. In addition, an individual member who reserves more than one room will only earn miles for one room.
Reservations made through third parties are not eligible.
Members who have applied for a mileage card but have not received one by the time of check-in will be unable to earn miles.
1.Please inform us of your desire to earn miles at the time of reservation. We will then explain to you current eligible rates and applicable campaign information.
2.Please present your mileage card when you check-in.
3.After check-out, please keep your receipt. It may take two to three months to process your stay and add the miles to your account.
Miles may be earned up to six months after check-in by following any of the four steps listed below.
