Due to the Tohoku Pacific Coast Earthquake, Okura Hotels & Resorts Central Reservation Office and Okura Club International Office has temporary changed the office hour.
We will announce through official website once our business hours return to normal hour. We apologize any inconvenience, and appreciate for your understanding and cooperation.

   New Business Hour： Mon-Fri 10:00～17:00 JST
   (Regular Business Hour： Mon-Fri: 9:00～18:00)
   *Sat/Sun/Holiday 10:00～16:00 JST (same as regular business hour)

●Okura Club International Office
   New Business Hour： Mon-Fri 10:00～17:00 JST
   (Regular Business Hour： Mon-Fri: 9:00～18:00)
   *Sat/Sun/Holiday： Closed
